Meet the candidate

Born, raised and live in Aylmer my entire life thus far.

I have worked in all sectors, from industrial operations management, facilitator, sales and sales management to my last role as Country Manager for the global company Tyrolit Group. The last 9 years my office has been in Toronto, but I have never moved my home from Aylmer.

I'm a confident leader who inspires, encourages and motivates teams to strive for continuous improvement, sustainability and success.

Aylmer is a growing community and needs strong leadership to improve infrastructure with fiscally responsible governance. That's why I'm running.

"Aylmer is a growing community and needs strong leadership to improve infrastructure with fiscally responsible governance."

Established Country Manager of Canada for the past 9 years and offering over 40 years of experience delivering and exceeding goals. Expertise in cost containment, market plan execution and business development. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Committed to achieving strategic goals and building loyalty and trust, both externally and internally.

My leadership abilities allowed me to create committees within our company to ensure we had collaboration and inclusiveness, taking many ideas, sharing them with the group, and coming up with win-win solutions. Due to this we achieved double-digit growth 7 out of the 9 years.

I have created and managed multi-million dollar budgets and projects to ensure business continuity and success, the same discipline I'll bring to council chambers.

About our town

The town I've called home my entire life.

Aylmer, north, south, east and west, is more than a dot on a map between London and Lake Erie. It's a town with character.

We've got a working downtown, hard-working families, and a heritage worth defending. The next four years should be about building on that, not paving over it.

Put a sign on your lawn.

A lawn sign is one of the simplest ways to help. Request yours and we'll arrange drop-off and pickup right in your neighbourhood, no cost to you.

Add your name. Lend a hand.

Lawn signs, door-knocking, a coffee on the porch, every little bit helps a hometown campaign go further. If you believe in Aylmer's future, I'd love to hear from you.
